This reminds me of one of my all-time favorite movie goofs.
The movie was Commando--with Arnold Schwartzenegger. There was a chase scene with Arnold in some little red sports car chasing a bad guy in a yellow Porsche. The Porsche gets all banged up and then crashes onto it's side. After dispatching the bad guy, and with his own little red car having run into a telephone pole, Arnold goes over and pushes the Porsche back onto it's wheels and takes off. The only problem, when they show the car speeding off, it's a Porsche in perfect condition, with absolutely no sign of damage.
