Your 'Castration Trial' news source

Update: Dunn, NC (I know Palm-boy is itching to hear news on this)

Trial Date Set In Castration Case
Rebecca Arnold Dawson stood quietly beside her attorney during an appearance yesterday afternoon in Harnett County Superior Court.Appearing before Judge Frank Lanier, attorney Jason Wunsch said his 34-year-old client pleads not guilty to the charges against her.

A grand jury indicted Ms. Dawson in April on three charges of trying to castrate a man with her hands. She also faces charges of assault on a law enforcement officer and injury to the personal property of the Lillington Police Department. She allegedly spit in the face of Officer Ronnie Bass and damaged his car as officers were trying to put her into the vehicle.

Trying!!! The police found the guys testicles on the floor when they showed up. I say she was pretty successful.

Mr. Wunsch said in the statement that Ms. Dawson was provoked into castrating Mr. Russ.

Hmmm. I'm still trying to think of what I could do that would provoke Mocha-momma into ripping out my testicles. I'll let her comment on this worst-case scenario.

A trial date has been set for the week of Nov. 12.

It's going in my calendar. I've followed this since the initial news story; and I'm following it to end. It will definitely be interesting to see what the makeup of the jury is going to be. Six male-six female would be fun to see. Let's not go into 'hung jury' jokes.
