Apu must have been sleeping at his desk

I don't know what I was thinking at the time; but, I managed to get locked out of a key application at work today because I was typing in my password wrong. This was at 3:40, and my day ends at 4:30. I sent a tech-inquiry form to reset my password. About 10 minutes later, our tech contact came over and said they couldn't do it with him over the phone, and that the other powers that be had to send a ticket on it to India. I ended up logging out at 4:30, without having heard back yet on my simple password reset request. I think the company should just go back to using drums, or smoke signals; that's ridiculous.
