Who in their right mind would spend $3.62 million for the MTM house in MN, when for a measly $2.4 million more, you could build a compound in 100 acres of pristine forest. It seems like a no-brainer to me. Of course, I'd have to figure in the additional cost of adding an 18-hole golf course; bah, that would be peanuts.
