I'm a slow whippet. The other whippets all make fun of me because I'm so slow. It's like a human guy who's 6'-8", and he can't play basketball.

MM stopped on the Animal Planet Channel this weekend and there was a show on whippet racing. I don't think the ratings are equal to Monday Night Football, but we watched a little bit. I got to thinking about the dogs that finished last and way behind the winners. I wonder if the dogs communicate to each other and make fun of the losers. It must be embarrasing for the human trainers to have a slow whippet.
