As is the case all to often, turns out the peeing on electric fence post picture was not accurate. The picture itself was real, but the cause was not.

So, pee away; but don't get genital herpes, then have a doctor try and give you a circumcision using some type of gadget that will burn off more than the desired foreskin. That's the new main lesson to learn in this life.
