SUNRISE, Fla. —
The funny girl wasn't laughing. Barbra Streisand had a drink lobbed at her Monday after a mid-concert skit poking fun at President Bush.

Fan admits throwing bottle
A Vikings fan admitted on local radio stations Tuesday that he tipped a few drinks before tossing a plastic beer bottle onto the field during Monday night's game. The imbibing led police to haul Brad Reiland, 31, of Prior Lake, to jail after the incident and book him on suspicion of disorderly conduct, said Lt. Greg Reinhardt, Minneapolis police spokesman.
I'm certainly glad neither one hit home; but just that the attempt was made brings a smile to my face. That's with the attempt on Babs. I've done some pretty stupid things while drunk during my lifetime, so although I can't condone the act, I can understand it on the part of old Brad. I wouldn't have to be drunk to take a shot at Babs though.
