Once, shame on you; twice, shame on us

Florida Man Stabbed in Chest by Stingray

LIGHTHOUSE POINT, Fla. — An 81-year-old boater was in critical condition Thursday after a stingray flopped onto his boat and stung him, leaving a foot-long barb in his chest, authorities said.
"It was a freak accident," said
Lighthouse Point acting fire Chief David Donzella. "It's very odd that the thing jumped out of the water and stung him. We still can't believe it."

Freak accident my foot, two attacks within about a month; it’s about time these marine terrorist apologists come to the realization that there’s a stingray jihad going on out there against mankind. First an Aussie, now an American; next it’s going to be an Englishman. These little terrorists of the sea are being trained from youth to perform these suicidal acts. I know that for a fact.

When we were on vacation two summers ago, we visited the Texas State Aquarium in Corpus Christi. One of the displays was a little tidal pool area that had little stingrays swimming around as peaceful as can be. Oh look at the precious little sea creatures, if we just understood them better we’d realize that they’re in no way harmful to humans. Well, my little Hannah Bear, she would have been 7 at the time, was standing alongside the pool and watching these loveable, peaceful creatures, when one of them suddenly leapt up at her; fortunately the wall was a little to high for it to get at her. Mocha-momma and I were on the opposite side, but we saw the whole thing, and saw her eyes go out like some toon in Roger Rabbit.

This is a situation that needs to nipped in the bud now; and we need to get the entire country behind us in order to win this battle against another species of misunderstood and no threat to humans if you treat them with respect members of the animal kingdom. (once again, nature mimics humanity)
