I've got my cat in a stranglehold baby

Ted Nugent May Run for Gov. of Michigan
Ted Nugent is exuberantly excited most of the time, but he grows even more animated when asked if he ever tires of playing "Cat Scratch Fever," the 1977 hit he's played thousands of times in a 40-year career.

It will be worth the price of admission to see PETA's actions during this campaign. I can't wait.

I saw Ted at the St. Paul Civic Center back in the early 80's. The lasting memory I have from that concert was of Ted going wild on some guitar solo, when someone shot a bottle rocket from the floor that flew straight at him and went right over his head by a few feet. I don't think he missed a chord and just kept right on playing.
