Add another mark to the dog attacks.

A young girl in St. Paul was attacked and hurt by a pit bull. This continues a nasty trend in the Twin Cities area of kids being attacked by dogs. They haven't all been pit bulls; but the majority were. So far they're doing a lot of talking, but no actions have taken place to rein in this outbreak of canine terror.
