According to the wisdom of Jesse Ventura, this could be considered a crutch, just like religion. Everybody in this world turns to some kind of crutch. Not all crutches are created equal however; any kind of crutch that could lead you to brain damage or death is from the pit of hell. Thank God we have a living crutch that we can lean on, Jesus Christ. I pray that this guy, and others like him, would be led into a program like Teen Challenge. This is sad beyond belief; but they're definitely not beyond the point of redemption.
