Slow news day at the Strib (and at The Far Wright)

Fergus Falls man severs finger in snowblower (Star Tribune)
FERGUS FALLS — Police in Fergus Falls say a man severed a finger while using his snowblower this weekend. (just one, the guys pretty darned lucky)

Authorities say the unidentified 41-year-old man apparently got his hand too close to the auger -- and his finger was severed.
(apparently? better call in Sherlock Holmes to verify it)

The accident happened Sunday. An ambulance took the man to Lake Region Hospital.
(what a wuss, needed to have an ambulance come get him)

I certainly hope I never get my name mentioned in the newspaper and have the word severed appear anywhere in the article.
