I just saw Henry Kissinger in the checkout line at Colborn's Supermarket in Delano. There he was, plain as day, pushing his cart and waiting patiently in line with the little people. Not sure what he's doing in Delano MN, maybe giving a speech at the Legion Club.
OK, rethinking it, maybe it wasn't Henry, but the guy was a spittin image; same glasses, same age, the profile was dead on.
Segue: what's the deal with these supermarkets, they already have Easter displays set up. April 8 is Easter this year. What's the shelf life of marshmallow bunnies. I don't know that I want to be buying candy that's been sitting on a shelf for possibly up to two months.
I love jelly beans, maybe not as much as President Reagan did, but I really only like the red ones. I wish they would just sell them by individual colors. (screw diversity when it comes to jelly beans)
