Natures Best: what's your pick.

The previous post talked about tomatoes and broccoli being the best food sources to help lessen the risk of prostate cancer. What about judging a natural food just on taste and enjoyment alone---what are your favorites?

Fruits and vegetables, eaten on their own, can be magnificent; but, they can also be horrible, depending on the quality you get at any given time. All things being equal though, if the quality is there and the food is at it's very best, here are my 3 very favorite nature foods:

3. Tomatoes: right off the vine, a little salt sprinkled on, mmm-mmm good.

2. Cherries: absolutely love them; however, they work better than Metamucil in my system.

1. Green Olives: my all-time favorite; when I was a kid and got a $1.00 from someone, I'd run to the store and buy a jar of green olives, screw the candy. We still keep a jar on hand at all times and I'll munch them down any time of day.
