Cabelas
And here's why:
1. I wanted to set up a presentation during one of our pack meetings and teach the scouts about how to dress to stay dry and warm in the winter. I called to ask about a rep from Cabelas coming to our meeting on a Monday night. I thought I might have to plead a case; instead, the managers I talked with jumped at the opportunity and made it as easy as could be. They came out, talked to the families, gave out hat's and other freebies; it was fantastic.
2. I've been out to their new store in Rogers on a couple of occassions now, and I can not believe the great deals on the merchandise. The store is huge, and the selections are amazing; but the cost of alot of the stuff we looked at was equally as amazing.
3. I placed an order online last week for a gift for Mocha-momma and a jacket for myself; it was delivered in two days. Unbelievable.
I've heard about the stats which show a person will tell so many other people about a bad experience they had re: customer service; but won't say anything about good stuff. We'll, I'm here to tell you that I've had nothing but positive encounters with this establishment and would highly recommend them.

Cabela's flannel-lined jeans and chinos are what make it possible for the Reverend Mother to make it through the winter.
I got MM a 'snuggle wrap.' I gave it to her already. She just loves it. Now the kids each want one. I usually get a nice birthday gift of cash from my in-laws; I plan to go there and get a nice hat to go with my new jacket. Remember the old contests they had where the winner was let loose for like 5 minutes in a store; they got to keep whatever they could fit into a cart. I'd love to go nuts like that in Cabelas.
