Where the h*** is El Nino when you need him

Night Writer just did a post on how meteorology experts are predicting a warm winter and that El Nino is suppose to start having some effect. Well doggonit, it was 22 degrees in Rockford this morning, and the report is windchills between 10-20 today. Shouldn't average lows still be in the 40's this time of year. Tell that little guy to get his freakin act together.
